All of the gowns are made off site by the designers themselves and whilst these are of good quality and go through thorough quality checks, there may be slight variances with colour and workmanship.Through The White Door will not be held responsible for gowns that are stored there for extended periods of time. Gowns must be collected as soon as possible upon their arrival.We aim to have your gown arrive 8 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for any alterations that may be required. Every effort will be made to ensure you receive your gown in the time frame provided however we Through The White Door will not accept responsibility if the delivery date is delayed by either the supplier or shipping.Through The White Door will not be held accountable if these measurements change once the order has been submitted and deposit has been paid. Your measurements will be taken on the day of purchase.If you decide to cancel your gown then the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Unfortunately Through The White Door does not offer refunds on purchases.

Off the rack gowns are to be paid in full and are non-refundable.

The balance of the gown is due 30 days later.

This is a non-refundable deposit as once you have committed to the purchase we then place the order with the designer and we are then committed to that order. I was very disappointed, I really want a mailbox that goes through the fence. An 8 x10 envelope just gets stuck and won't go in. A magazine just gets stuck and won't go in. A regular envelope would get stuck if put in sideways.

A 50% deposit is payable on day of purchase. There is a ledge on the locked door in the back that prevents anything bigger than a few inches from going through.
